Warranty Policy
Warranty Period
GARVEE provides a 12-month repair warranty against defects in quality for all products purchased from garvee.com. This warranty period commences from the day the package is received by the customer.
The Warranty provided covers the original purchaser and is valid for a period of 12 months, as evidenced by the original purchase receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Our Warranty covers the following:
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
- Faults that occur despite proper usage and care in accordance with our product instructions.
This Warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear or aging of the product,does not affect the fuction, such as damage to the appearance. We provide free replacement on product accessories within 30 days after delivery.
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, impact, water damage, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Other reasons not caused by our fault
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team email: support@garvee.com with a detailed description of the issue and evidence of the defect (e.g., photos or videos).
- Provide the original purchase receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for returning the product, if required.
- We will repair, replace, or refund, at our discretion, any product found to be covered by our Warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of this warranty.
Governing Law
These Warranty terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to the Warranty Terms
We reserve the right to change these Warranty terms at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect warranties issued prior to the date of the change.
How should the warranty be executed?
Step 1: Please email to our customer service via support@garvee.com and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
Step 2: After receiving your request, our customer service team will investigate and provide a solution according to our warranty policy.
Step 3: GARVEE after-sale service team, after evaluating the details you provide, will offer a resolution. Once an agreement is reached through mutual communication and a return is necessary, our support team will provide you with the return information (please do not send your return to the sender's address listed on the package).
Step 4: The customer return the product as per our instructions in 30 days(if required). When our warehouse receives the return, Confirmed the order after inspection, our customer service team will operate the repair.
Step 5: Once the repair is completed, Garvee customer service team will proactively contact the customer via email or phone to arrange the return of the product.
