I bought it 3 months ago and have been using it almost without interruption, so I have a say in the evaluation. What I want to say is that this is definitely a good product.

1. I am quite pleased that the goods arrived in complete packaging and without any accidents. After all, this is a big guy, and I was very worried before that.
2. The operating function of the product is a highlight. As the description says, it has a large capacity and can indeed make a lot of ice cubes at a time, which is completely sufficient for a day's use. It is also worth mentioning that the sound of this machine is small enough that you will not feel that it will disturb you, which is indeed an advantage compared to other products.
3. Finally, I am very grateful to the seller team. I had some questions during the period, and they responded to me in a timely manner. The communication process was very pleasant. Because of this, I am willing to give them 5 stars.
For the price, it is definitely worth it.

we set this up in a shed i built and we have more ice than expected. this machine has not slowed down yet. i put an extra filter system on it for clean, drinkable ice. For the price of this machine, it is well worth it.

Note to the shippers. Upon arrival, the tray inside the top piece that allows the ice to fall had a crack in it. it was not enough to justify returning it, but the handling of the package could of been the cause. It is very heavy.

I only found 2 flaws from shipping, or unpacking.The ice machine is well worth the money to buy, easy to set up, and runs really good, no problems.We put a drain hole through the wall to the outside to drain the water, but that was because the way our house was built. In the winter we drain it through a hose.This product for us is a 100 percent well worth the money we paid.

I got this ice maker because I love to chomp on ice. This ice makes makes bullet type ice which is easy to crunch. It makes about 6 cups worth of ice provided you fill up the water bin. This is convenient and softer than the ice that comes from the freezer. If you like to eat ice, I would recommend this machine as the ice comes in two sizes (small and large), but the large really isn't much bigger.

This ice maker works great and makes the perfect amount of ice for your everyday needs. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large ice maker.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a ice machine that comes together with a storage bin. The ice machine was delivered but the storage bin was not with it. I called customer service immediately and now it's 5 days later without any positive results. I can't even install my much needed ice machine since it is supposed to go on top of the storage bin. Very dissatisfied with the way this company does business.

We have gone through 4 ice makers. needed a bigger unit that could make and store more ice. So far this unit has been perfect. Makes a full load every8-12 hours. Price was half what I could find any where else.

Arrived, put together, plugged in and started making ice.
So far, so good.

Hardest part was peeling off the stainless steel protective coating. Hooked it up and it’s making ice. Only had it for a few days but works as advertised. Caution no instructions on how to use the control panel to set ice thickness and other things. Couldn’t find anything on YouTube or google on how to program the ice maker. For the money I think this is a great machine. Live in Southwest Florida and have the ice maker in my garage.
