so far this is a great mixer. I have only had it a few days and have only used it twice. Both times it works great. Will see how it does in the next few weeks.
I love my mixer. It’s very lightweight easy to use. It’s worth your money if you’re looking for something really big. I didn’t know they would be that big. The bowl I’m talking about you looking for a big bowl. This is what you get.
Site says its 240 voltage but it's 120 voltage. Perfect size mixer for home use. Easiest batch of pizza dough I've ever made. Very firm and uniform dough for 70% hydration. Will even try a higher hydration dough. I just put everything in and mixed for 15 minutes.Very poor documentation but very straightforward. Can't beat it for the price. Was worried about clean-up because the bowl isn't removable but it was a very simple process with a wet paper towel and then a dry paper towel.
I love the capacity of this machine; it's easy to use. I have a Kitchen Aid, but it's too heavy, and it has a smaller capacity than this new one. I make homemade bread, and this mixer is simply perfect!
Great machine. When I purchased it I made 5000 biscotti in 2 days stating when machine was delivered. That was 3 yrs ago. She’s still going strong.
These days it’s lots of creaming cakes, cookie batter and cinnamon roll dough.
