Pro: looks nice, love that it comes with a net to cover 4 corners, and an adjustable height.Con: the “10 feet x 10 feet” measurement is from the edge of the large canopy cover (pointy part), it’s not measuring from the metal frame which is the actual usable space size. From frame to frame is approx 9 feet x 9 feet.My top small canopy corners does not point downward (see photo 2). The 4 corners are pointing upwards. I’m not sure if I installed it correctly.Note: don’t install this ALONE like I did on a 85 degree day LOL
