I waited to post a review until we had used it a few times. It works great and is easy to clean. We served up to 60 kids a night. We found filling about ten cups, waiting for a few minutes and then filling ten more and keeping them in the freezer works well when we need to serve that many kids at the same time. Otherwise it keeps up well when we're not pumping out one cup after another.

Fabulous! Simple to setup up and use! Was a big hit at a recent party with 20 people present. Videos on YouTube very helpful to first time setup. Easy to clean, very happy.

This is a great soft serve machine, once you learn the in’s and out’s of it. One problem I had was there was not enough education initially. And the material that was provided wasn’t very good either. It didn’t explain a lot of things. I will say, the customer support, is the best I’ve ever had. Amanda from GARVEE was very professional most importantly exhibited tons of patience with me while I learned this system.
