The Crane came much quicker than expected. Was packed in a wooden crate and very well protected. All parts fit well and crane is very sturdy. Purchased crane to lift aircraft fuselage for changing landing gear to amphibious floats. Also can be used to hoist engine on & off airframe. For my application I trimmed the width of the yellow i-beam so the gantry legs fit between the floats and engine cowling. I look forward to using it. Photo was taken before the lift adjustment arms were installed.

I got this gantry crane assembled, but there was two big issues. We were 4 bolts short of the smaller bolts that are used to hold the caster wheels, so i had to buy them locally (they are metric sized threads btw). Also one of the horizontal legs was welded by the factory on the wrong side so we had to drill our own holes on the correct side. But if you can figure out problems like this yourself, and deal with minimal instructions, then this is a good deal that included free freight delivery.

Item arrived on time and was packed securely. (see photo) Delivered via truck and is very heavy. Need two people to assemble. The things you need to be aware of are that about 60 flat washers were missing, the hardware (nuts and bolts, etc.) in no way matches what is listed and is very difficult to decipher and the assembly instructions amount to "assemble by looking at the pictures". Also the instructions say that the wheel assemblies are to be greased via zerk fittings. There are NO zerk fittings on the wheel assemblies. This is a very heavy and sturdy crane. I am adding an electric hoist. Will update with pictures when assembled. NOTE: Garvee was extremely accommodating in resolving the missing parts issue.Update:Assembly was quite the experience for my brother and I. The instructions are worthless. The included picture is with a Vevor electric hoist and a general market trolly. Hoist is extremely heavy and cumbersome but works well.

Gantry will definitely do its job for me.A little disappointed… the directions subpar, had a support that was tweaked wouldn’t lineup with hole. The biggest issue was it was missing the bolts to attach the caster wheels. So now I’m out extra $ to purchase the bolts…. Be aware & prepared!

Thick steel. Easy to put together. Missing parts(bolts) and a lot of them got here rusted. Other than that really good product.

Arrived nearly a week earlier than expected, surprisingly well packaged in a wooden crate. Instructions are incomplete, but better than no instructions at all. One glaring omission from the instructions is the warning not to attempt to move the assembled gantry crane while loaded, which is a major safety issue. The instruction not to fully tighten bolts until assembly is complete is good. Parts list is confusing and inaccurate. 4 M14X40 bolts with nuts and washers were missing - cost me over $30 to replace with equivalent metric bolts at a local hardware store. Once assembled, it appears to be adequate for its intended use, but I will be very cautious not to exceed the weight rating. I especially like the design of the wheels/casters which lock both the wheel rotation and the swivel motion with one simple lock/unlock toe lever. I also like the angle braces between the cross beam and vertical posts; several others I looked at didn't have this brace.

Great crane and easy to assemble even without using the inadequate instructions. I was missing 4 bolts, washers and nuts but easily found at my neighborhood hardware store. Arrived a week sooner than expected in a plywood shipping crate that was well packaged. No corrosion at all, as I am used to seeing with overseas products. Easy to raise and lower height however, the stated height of 141" is incorrect. I am only able to raise to a height of 126". My shop has 12' walls so I was disappointed but it still works for me. As long as you are aware of a few small issues, this crane is sturdy and worth the cost.

How have I gone this long without one of these? Yes it is big and yes it uses up some floor space but it sure helps handle the bigger, heavier jobs. Back saver for sure and now I don't have to wait for my buddies and instead we can just hang out because the work is done! I purchased 2 hoists 1 electric 1200lb. For smaller things and a second manual 2 ton hoist for the larger jobs or if I want added support to stabilize a lift. The hardest part for me was lifting it up after assembly by myself which I found myself tethering the base to a tree and wrapping a heavy strap around the beam and hooking that strap to the bumper of my truck and very slowly idled forward thus erecting my crane! Seems to be very well built and certainly comes in handy. Thank you Titan

Works well, good value. A little difficult assembling alone but it can be done. I suggest having someone available to help stand it up once it's all put together. Lifted my 66 Suburban body off the frame with ease.
Remember to get a trolley and lifting straps if you don't have those already
