Easy to use and clean. We are making good use of it
Easy to use and clean. Bought while it was on sale. Best purchase I made! The grandkids love making their own sundaes and cones. The adults turn in to big kids using it. It pays for its self quickly, due to not making trips to restaurants to buy ice cream products.

Used it once so far and it worked great. It was damaged in shipment which is disappointing.
For a 1600 dollar machine this ice cream machine works almost just like any other industrial ice cream machine would. There isn't any leaking, the belts are in good condition, the controls are easy to understand, it cools down quickly, and it doesn't use much power (for a soft serve machine of this caliber). On the other hand the instructions are not very detailed, and it's easy to see that whomever wrote them can't speak english very well. It also takes ALOT of water to clean thoroughly. In general I'd say that this machine is a very good purchase for any business owner looking for an affordable soft serve machine that can turn out around 6 to 8 cones at a time before cooling down again (about 1 minute for cool down). I'd say you could probably get a max of 400 cones out of it an hour if you were constantly working with it, but that's being pretty generous. Anyway I hope this review helps. I plan to provide another update with video after a month of use.
This is a high quality machine at a great price. Runs on normal household current so it can go on the road for parties. It is a little noisy, but no one seems to mind. The extra discs which provide some very decorative cones are a hit.
