Great little ice maker nice and chewy but there’s no way this machine is making 33 pounds of ice in a day it takes about an hour to make a cup full of ice I just keep it going most of the day I have had 3 different ice machines and like this one the best the ice stay in for awhile the container of ice is down where it stays cold I turned it off at 9pm and at 3 am there was still ice in there the ice bin also has holes in it to drain the water so the ice doesn’t sit in the water the other two I had did t have the holes for the water to drain out over all very well made and sturdy I would buy this again if needed

Works great! Does take up a large footprint on the counter. Easy to use. Only issue is maintaining its cleanliness. I would recommend a FULL cleaning once a month. Maybe less if you have a filtered water system in house.

Arrived with a big dent in the front, did make very good ice, we liked that but I did not like how the ice melts and refreezes so it’s always running. That’s not good on my electric bill. I would recommend this. It makes very good iceI was just afraid it would make my electric bill go higher then I’m comfortable with
