Comes in 2 packages delivered on separate days. I wish I would have known that. Did not purchase expecting an expensive porch. It works well and was fairly easy to install as long as you don’t assemble in the order of the instructions. I purchased 2 and butted 2 together. I wish I would have purchased 1 long version instead but that’s my fault. I don’t like the see through top panels because they are hot to set under but if you have plants, that’s for you.

Frame support parts are made of sturdy steel with a decent finish coating that looks like it will hold up well to the weather. Fitment of the parts was good and the fasteners are adequate making assembly straight forward with no extra drilling or modifications required. The poly roof panels provide a good amount of shade but I would have preferred them to be a little sturdier. Assembly directions are minimally adequate but you can find some online videos for additional help. Overall good product for the price.

The 12' x 10' did not come with 3 rows of panels it's just 2. Doesn't bother me, less work and still beautiful:)It was also the only one in this modern style that shipped to Hawaii and I appreciate ya'll for that! We didn't want the other pitched roof style because we wanted the rain to flow away from our porch doors.The assembly was pretty easy. 2 people and a drill you can finish in a day. Paying good attention to the set up pages!
