GARVEE 10x15ft 45 Mil EPDM Pond Liner, UV Resistant, for Pondss/Gardens

The price, size and thickness all met expectations. When unfolded from the box it is very stiff and needs time in the sun or it is inflexible to adequately follow the outline of the pond form. My concern is that without warning it is so brittle a gold could become a crack and then a leak. Of our softens in the sun the size will be ideal for my application.

This liner is pretty thick. I used it to form a drainage channel in my yard, cutting it to fit with a box cutter (needed to change blades a couple times as it seemed to wear them out) then forming it into the channel dug it dirt, then covering it with 3-5" rocks. To start I unfolded in the yard and let the sun warm it up. Very flexible when warm, not so much when I was working with it in the shade.

Sorry, this was not what I needed for our pond. It is so stiff, the crevices stick out everywhere. Its like overly starched pants standing on their own. Best to buy elsewhere.

Its not a 45 Mil thickness EPDM liner. Its thinner 30 MIL. and made of a stiffer plastic. No documentation comes with. Towallmark is a Chinese importer so you don't know what you get. Get a micrometer and measure the thickness. I ordered a firestone EPDM liner and its very pliable rubber so it easily makes bends. 10 years ago I bought a firestone liner which are truly 45 MIL or .045 of an inch and it has been perfect.

We have a 20 x 15 pond dug out. We had four people to lay out the underliner and pond liner. We thought it would be super-difficult to lay down the liner. It wasn't. It was good to have one on each side, but we could have done this with two. It was cut exactly to the dimensions we ordered. It is covered with a powdery substance, but that was easy to clean off. It's nice and thick. Was fairy easy to install. We will see how it ages. At this point, we are thrilled.

I am creating a self watering, raised garden bed and this is just what I needed to waterproof it. It went into place well, was easy to trim and hopefully is going to keep my wood nice and protected from the water.
