The packaging was very good and there were no problems in shipping, this is the equipment I purchased for my new coffee shop, I haven't officially used it yet and will follow up to see what happens, the price was good.

Great after-sales service.

A black refrigerated display case, great product. I ordered one and it was damaged in shipping. No problem returning it. Reordered and shipped immediately. A day later the product went on sale and the company honored the discounted price. There were a lot of problems in between but the after sales service was quick to fix it for me, very happy and highly recommended.
