Luckily all the parts were. There are no directions but they aren’t really necessary anyway. It loosened up hard soil easily going over 3-4 times in different directions. After seed is spread it works great to cover the seed I can also see it will work good to loosen thatch in the lawn. Very pleased so far
It's relatively easy to assemble (have pneumatic or electric impact handy to expedite assembly) All bolts were included. I installed on Kubota 3 point quick connect hitch cat 1 tractor. Also included were all the lift pins. I must say this worked out great! I raked up 3 acres effortlessly. Definitely well worth the money.
It wasn't hard to put together and it is solid when assembled. My tractor dealer would have charged more than twice as much for an assembled rake. It's light enough to pick up and install by hand... Although I wouldn't want to carry it far.It's great for picking up leave, sticks and fine leveling of soilUnlike an agricultural rake, it doesn't load with dirt. It's also forgiving on uneven ground with rocks and low stumps.I ran it through a weed patch in my fruit orchard. It stripped a lot of growth but I have better options.If I was to repurchase, I'd get the larger rake. Since it's not super heavy you might as well cover as much ground as you can.

I liked to use this after grading with a rear blade.

The "destructions" were so faded and tiny print, I was able to inventory and assemble.After using an impact wrench, torqued everything down, it was a perfect fit for my Cat I tractor.Sturdy steel frame and tines. This will knock out the weeds and pruning in my small Grove.The price was right, shipping was fast and I will be using this rake for many years.
The box was very damaged. I had to get some bolts. After that it is great
