What a great machine. If you bake much, you know how much time and muscle it takes to laboriously roll out the dough, shape it, etc. With this little beauty, you slap the dough on the sheeter board, crank it, adjust the thickness a notch, and crank again. Within a minute you have EXACTLY the right thickness of dough that is consistent from end to end. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but if you bake every week, it's well worth the spend.
This machine is perfect. After a few uses it started making some noise but still worked fine. I just had to take the back off and put some grease on it and it sounds perfect again.Very pleased, very intuitive and easy to use. Only used for croissants so far, but it made the process much easier.
Works pretty good, does what it need to. Nice even rolling for fondant and doughs. Cons are it can be tricky to clean, and the table clamps and handle need frequent tightening. Overall it feels heavy and well-made. I've used it occasionally and overall satisfied with it. This is an excellent machine it works great
