Bit of a chore to put it together, but once it is, it's solid as a rock- no wobbling, shaking, or general insecurity. It is also heavy as a rock, so would suggest assembling it in place so you don't have to move it around.I just got it, so I don't know for certain how it'll be in the long run, but for now and unless I come back to edit it feels exactly like what I was looking for, comfortably adjusting to exactly the angles I like, and quiet enough I don't hear it happening. I'm going to say, prospectively, it feels like money well spent.Edit 1: I discovered the bar at the bottom has holes for cotter pins to keep it in place, but they didn't bother to include cotter pins either in the packaging or instructions to put through them.Which is turning out to be important, as when the foot incline is high enough, the bar just pops right out, leaving the mattress to slide out of position.Since they did at least include the holes for pins to go through I was able to remedy the situation with twist ties as that's what I had on hand, so I won't ding them- but they really should include a couple pins for the bar both in the included parts and the instructions.

"We ordered a king split, and had a problem with our one side not working properly . After a short call of troubleshooting, she put in for a replacement right then. It came 2 days later. It was great not to have to deal with a bunch of red tape to get a replacement, no waiting period for returns.Bed frame is awesome, very sturdy. My husband loves the lounge position. It is very helpful with his back problems ( relieves some tension) I enjoy it because I can breath better at night, and my feet being elevated some helps with the swelling ( don’t get old). This is the same or as good as the one at the store for 3x as much.Added perks ,can plug our phone in on each side of the bed, light underneath the bed( pretty cool) and the massage feature. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

It could not have been easier to assemble ! Basically screw In 6 legs and put the foot rail I'm place and that's it !!!Works great ! I have lung issues , so being able to sleep on a bit of an incline is a game changer ! Seems to be perfectly sturdy, well made, and amazingly simple to both put together and to use !Thank you !

The bed was awesome it was easy to assemble a monkey could do it it was that easy truly it has four or five different positions it's just screw the legs on flip it up put your mattress on it and you're ready to go it has a charging station on the side where you can charge your phone and Apple phone or a Android phone it's really nice it doesn't use a lot of electricity and it's extremely comfortable you'll really love it I promise
