Very nice fabric. I used it for French drains and it worked great. Nice and heavy fabric. Easy to use.

Added to new retaining wall

To reduce water consumption and to eliminate nesting pests, I removed several, very old Juniper bushes from an area in the front yard front yard. After moving soil to make the slope of this area match the two-way slope of the rest of the yard, I smoothed the surface and put this fabric dow withe s/s staples prior to adding a crushed-rock overlay. Note, this fabric is made to last, and you need HD shears to cut and trim it.

Heavy duty stuff

Very strong, cannot be ripped, but can be cut with scissors. Water flows through it pretty well. Installed with 1.5 inch crushed granite for drainage, no signs of the sharp rocks ripping or penetrating the cloth. Check back in 20 years and I'll know for sure how it holds up, but it seems better than anything I could find at the local landscape supply or big box stores.
