Very well built! Great price and would recommend for all hot tub owners.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT WORTH THE PAPER UPON WHICH THEY ARE WRITTEN.There are 2 height positions stated but without adequate instruction sheet I am only able to use the tallest position.There were 2 metal washers that don't appear to be mentioned in the terribly bad assembly instructions. Not a good sign when you have extra parts at the end of an assembly - especially when they aren't even mentioned in the sparse and inadequate instruction sheet.The only really good thing about the hand rail is that it seems fairly sturdy once you actually get it assembled, but only if the height adjustment feature is unimportant to you.
The top of the handle started to rust within a week.
I wish I had this years ago, so easy to use and safer to get in and out of the hot tub. I installed it with the long end of the base out instead of under the hot tub. this worked out very well and quick to install.
This handrail assembled easily. I have already had my full weight on it, by accident, and it held. It fits under our spa very nicely.
Easy to assemble. Nice looking and solid I was lucky that there was just enough gap between the bottom of tub and pavers I was ablt to slide the rail under without having to empty and raise the tub. It works just fine for us and we are big folks.
My wife and I are very happy with this hot tub handrail. It adds extra safety and security to our tub setup and looks great. It's also much easier to get in and out of the tub!

This hot tub handrail was very easy to install using the included accessories. I've accidentally put my whole body weight on it and it holds. It fits perfectly under our spa.
We only had steps up to our hot tub. It was pretty scary getting in and out with no handrail. This has made getting in and out so much easier! I am so happy with this purchase. A wise investment in safety.
