I really enjoy this system.. The lights can be raised very high and it works great. particularly great for real plants like peppers

The kit has everything I need to get started on gardening indoor for the winter. Doesn’t come with seeds though, which is no big deal. Easy setup and looks pretty slick.

I got this thinking it would be a fun table top project with my son to grow some plants inside. However, I was surprised when I got this - that unlike many of my purchases of items where I was expecting something to be normal sized, but it ended up being a mini size instead, this is big.I was expecting something about the size of an egg carton! Well, go big, or go home as they say. I have a history of being a plant killer, so I trust that this is the appropriate size plants need to sprout and grow well indoors.There is a handy marking on the side to tell you whether the water level is good (I suspect many of my plants perished from underwatering, and overwatering!) And the design of this will look great on the counter... once I clear the big space for it!

I am so excited to have my self watering planting system. Used some seeds from my kitchen. The humidity in the caps covering the cockpit shows that something is under working. I believe if they add some more stock of cockpits would have been great! Adds a great look to my plants!

My kids and I loves planting and gardening especially plant veggies since I have to encourage them to eat more veggies :) but always make their excitement gone down so bad since waiting for seeds growing take so long. We planted with this hydroponic system and they are so excited with build the system until all assembled. They learn a lot with this system and they can't wait when we put 8 hours uv light that supposed to be faster germination. We already see tiny string come out.

I was initially concerned about whether it would provide enough light for my plants, but those concerns quickly disappeared. The light covers a wide spectrum, ensuring my plants get the right amount of light at each stage of growth. I have witnessed a massive growth of my plants since I started using this.Even for someone like me who is relatively new to gardening, setting up it is surprisingly easy. Maintenance is also a breeze.

I have everything assembled and now I'm just waiting for my seeds to show up. [Note] don't be like me and make sure you remember to purchase seeds. I tested everything from the lights to the irrigation system and it all seems to be working perfectly. It comes with soil and plant food so all you really need to get going is seeds. There are different settings depending on if you decide to grow fruits or vegetables. Pretty satisfied so far...will update once I complete my first harvest.

This is not the unit I ordered, and not one I would have chosen to add to my collection. That said, customer service was surprisingly good on settling the cost difference between this unit and the one I ordered. Good communication, and refund of difference was on my card quickly.So far, this unit does what it's supposed to.My plants are still alive.This is the 1st unit I've seen with a filter for the the recirculated water. It has a tube from the pump to another smaller compartment with a filter for the water to go through before it goes back into the bowl.I have several other units, and small fans running, so whatever noises come from this unit blends well with my environment.The light only goes to about 8 inches up from the grow deck, so I'm using this unit for my lettuce.I don't see myself using the 2 different light settings at once, but options are always nice.It's only getting 4 stars because this unit should've never been sent to me. The unit I ordered is SO different, and the pictures are on the box.
