We use this ice machine everyday and never shut it off, only to clean. Very easy to use and always use filtered water. Very easy to clean! It's run everyday since the day we got it and it absolutely keeps up with 4 and 5 people.

I bought this for occasional use and it works fine. Starts making ice quickly but will not fill the “bucket” unless you stir the ice (scoop provided) regularly. The ice shoot gets blocked by the pile of ice in the bucket so you have to move it to the sides. Not a deal breaker, but not expected. Also, I would prefer an on/off switch instead of having to unplug it. Doesn’t impact operation, just an annoying “feature”

Everyone tells you not to chew ice. It’ll break your teeth. Not so with this ice maker! It produces small, soft cubes that are airy. You can chew this ice as it quickly melts in your mouth. Your drinks will stay cold so don’t worry about that. You have to use distilled water, which is fine. The unit runs quietly. It’s small and compact, fits on the corner. It also comes with an ice scoop. Easy to clean the unit. We love ours.

This mini ice maker is a great investment! The compact design allows you to store it anywhere. It's easy-to-use and produces ice quickly. The ice it makes is soft, chewable, and refreshing. The noise level is very minimal and isn't overbearing. I am very grateful that I came across this product when I was searching for a replacement to my old nugget ice maker. I just love this machine it is just what I was looking for...it works well..little on the loud side but I can deal with it. Cubes are just what I wanted also.

LOVE this so much! The machine does everything you want it to do, including cleaning itself! It is very easy to use! Nothing to really assemble or learn. The ice is made fast and is exactly what you want! I don't know why, but everything tastes better with great ice! I have enjoyed this so much! I love adding in my favorite flavored waters! Instead of feeling deprived of my diet, I feel treated every single day! It honestly gives me something to look forward to and has kept me motivated

The ice effect is very good,the first wave of ice I timed, about 6 mins or so,the thickness is not so ideal,may be related to the perheating of the machine.And then you start making ice until it's full for about 30 mins. The ice is pretty thick. The machine is not noisy and the sound of falling ice is acceptable,which is much quieter than what I used to buy. Recommended!!
