Easy to use, easy to connect to garden hose

Easy to use and operate. It’s a small pump, and more appropriate for moving small bodies of water, but in my case I put it to the test to evacuate my 10’ above ground pool. It’s not the quickest pump for larger water bodies, but can be fully submerged and left to do the job.Note, there is no auto on/off, so you will need to monitor it so when the water runs out you turn it off as you do not want it to run dry.Comes with plenty of adapters, the easiest one being to connect to a standard garden hose.

Small and compact

This is small and compact to fit somewhere small when not in use. I bought this to drain the top of above ground pool cover. Worked well. It came with a hose and adapters but I just used the metal hose connector included and my own garden hose.

Solid pool cover pump

I wanted a pool cover pump to help drain my kids inflatable pool at the end of the year, as I need to fully drain it each year for storage. This pump was inexpensive and looked perfect for my needs. While it will be a while before it will be needed for my pool, I tested it out in my sink and it performed quite well.First, this pump is a bit larger and heavier than I expected, but that doesn’t really matter to me. It is roughly 3.5 pounds and measures 6” in diameter by 6” tall. It has a variable speed knob to adjust the flow, but I didn’t measure exactly how fast. The label says that it will max out at 1,100 gallons an hour (18.33 gallons per minute) and that it will lift it a max of 13 feet.It comes with multiple hose fittings that can be used with a standard garden hose, as well as an included rubber flex hose. The pump was able to drain water down to 1/4” in my sink. I don’t know if it can be fully submerged or not, but I’m guessing that would be a bad idea, so I’m not planning to do so, although it would be nice if it could.

Good pool cover pump for the price

Decent little cool cover pump with various attachments for hoes. However the provider host wasn't my favorite I'd rather use a garden hose and attach the pool cover pump. It provides a very strong power cord so that's very nice. Quality for the price is about the same so you get what you pay for but it works. This pump can be used for other functions like draining fountains.

Did the job as advertised

Did a great job removing the six inches of water on our pool cover after several days of rain. The pump came with a nice long cord avoiding the need for an extension cord.a heavy

Great pump!

OMGosh what a wonderful pump! Last rain I bailed the water off the pool cover with a bucket... I was soaked to the skin and it took forever. Today I put this pump on the cover, plugged it in and in no time the water on the pool cover was gone! It's perfect!

Easy To Use

I recently ordered the submersible water pump to use during the summertime. We buy inflatable pools to keep cool in the summer heat, but draining them is always so messy. The pump has simplified the process. We just set the pump inside and let it pump the water out exactly where we want it to go. Easy to use.

Great all around pump!

This pump really removes the water. We had a significant amount of water on top of the pool cover. The wind had blown an incredible amount of leaves onto the cover. The pump removed the water without clogging! Great pump!!

Works great!

After I turn it off it will continue to drain the water from the vacuum it created while on. Well worth it money. Will store in the house over the winter just to make sure nothing happens to it.

Decent Pool Cover Pump

This is a decent pool cover pump. It’s pretty small and seems sturdy (though it’s not “cushioned” – I wouldn’t drop it unnecessarily). It was able to pump water, though it’s definitely not a “sump pump” by my definition – it’s a pool cover/small pond pump, I wouldn’t trust it to have the capacity/stamina to keep up with keeping water out of flood prone areas like a sump pump is generally intended to do. The flow rate is decent, though the 1250 gph seems high (maybe that’s if it’s pumping at the same level the pump sits and doesn’t have to pump “uphill” at all). I was able to use it fully submerged and it worked fine that way.
