Other stands are not sturdy enough especially the ones that come with hammocks, this one much sturdier with triangular design. I recommend finding the right hammock for you and using this stand with it.It’s easy to slide around on the lawn and move around into shade where you need.Very happy with the materials and sturdiness. This hammock stand is great! It supports the weight of both myself and my partner, and allows us to have a hammock outside our house even though we don't have trees. I've been getting so much use out of it since spring. 10/10!!

I've had a rope hammock for decades, but when I used to live in a house, I could string it up between deck posts. I couldn't use it in the apartments I occupied since then. Now I live in a duplex with no deck or trees. I definitely wanted to use my hammock again, so I got the frame. I works great! Super easy to assemble. Very light weight, but very sturdy. I'm 190 lbs, and it never felt like it was straining to keep me up. The price is reasonable for the quality you get.

I'm using this on my porch. I have a (10 ft) gathered end hammock, parachute material hammock that I usually hang between trees or porch pillars with tree straps, but my 2nd-floor porch is an open deck without anything to hang from. The stand assembled easily, and the instructions were clear. It took longer to unpack it from the box than it did to assemble it - about 15 minutes from opening the box to finished assembly. My hammock clips on to the chains and I get a good hang. I've even added an under quilt and enjoyed a few nights. While this stand will break down easily to put away or move, I prefer to leave it set up, but I don't leave the hammock on it. I'm considering getting a second one to keep on the lower porch.

I wanted something a bit wider legged for a toddler/child to be able to climb on without concern of the whole thing tipping. This was helpful for that. Easy to put together and comes with the chains to hang various types of hammocks if your hammock doesnt already have chains attached. I like it because it is sturdier than the stands with just the one bar support. The stand comes with plastic feet that would be good for use on hard surfaces.

This is a great hammock stand. It was easy to put together, it fits a variety of styles of hammocks, and I especially like that it is substantial enough that your hammock is not so low to the ground that you’re dragging on the ground when you’re sitting in it. It’s still relatively easy to move around. I would highly recommend it.

It took 3 adults, including 2 strong men to assemble it. Instructions are scarce and confusing. Once assembled it's fine.

The stand is very strong and I'm very happy with that. I will say I was frustrated with putting it together. I went and watched the video and it just doesn't go together like in the video. e??? I have included my opinion of how it should go together in the pictures. We basically had to go back and do it this way and with two of us we got it put together. Overall very happy with the purchase but they definitely need to adjust their instructions! Totally worth the money. If the instructions weren't so misleading, it would have had five stars.

My kids and I were able to lay on it, which is almost 200 lbs. There was no bending or bars breaking. Moving it is a breeze and you can easily take it out with the included bag if you want. It's been in use for two months and has had great usage and longevity. The heaviest weight we've tested it with is 2 people 360 lbs and no problem.
