I did not get this to do a deep fried turkey. My main purpose is to use it to do canning from my harvest in my garden. This is going to be perfect for that. Huge pot that I can make soups and sauces. There is a straining bucket and that will be great for bigger whole veggies or big batches of pasta. This will bring my canning process outdoors and keep the mess out of the kitchen. The pot is well made and not thin and flimsy. The lids and pot handles are wrapped in a silicone to prevent burning of the hands and no need for pot holders to lift the lid. The burning unit/stand is very sturdy and strong. I have a large family so this may be useful in so many ways. Awesome product and great quality. Can’t wait to get started!

This fryer includes everything needed to fry a turkey or do a crab boil. I love all the additional accessories included. The turkey hook is handy as we always have to prepare food these days, and the pot is a very nice size, perfect for our large turkey.

The piezo starter is a great addition to this turkey fryer. Solid construction with everything you need other than oil, propane and the turkey. Easy to assemble. Puts out lots of heat on high, but easy to control to low heat if wanted with the regulator.

Used the product for a seafood boil and it worked amazing. The 30 qt pot boiled in a little under 4 minutes with the lid on. Wonderful product for the cost.
