We used this for our Christmas ham and it did a fantastic job of keeping it warm as people made their plates.It was easy to set up, easy to use, easy to turn on, easy to set at the correct temperature. There is a little attachment that can be placed on the side to hold the lid to the side.There were not detailed instructions so if you haven't used one of these before, you're on your own to figure out how much water is needed in the water dish.Quality is good/ acceptable.

I host events pretty often and this makes serving food super convenient. Keeps the food warm and I love that you can control how hot you want to keep it. Didn’t have any issues with this chafing dish. Would recommend.

This chaffing pan is fantastic

PROS: Easy to assemble. Functions as a covered buffet server with digital thermostat. Keeps food warm or hot all day. Includes 1~full pan AND 2~half pans. Even on highest setting for 12 hours, maintained good water level without excessive evaporation. The thin stainless steel cleans easily. Money well spent. Build quality is balanced. Lightweight without sacrificing quality.

I liked everything about this. The temperature was hot but not too hot to overheat the food, I love that lids have a hook to stand on while guest was sharing their food, the quality was good as well. The appearance was good, looked fancy on my kitchen island, the fit was perfect because it didn't take up a lot of space and most of all I love how versatile it was, you can remove the pans and just have the flat bottom piece to put your food on directly and it still won't overheat your food. And the pans were deep enough, it holds the perfect amount. I fed about 10 people, so it held enough food.

This looks exactly what the picture shows and is exactly as described. So far I have removed their containers and have used my own dishes on the warming tray. It works great - keeping the food warm without cooking it further. I have played with their containers, covers, etc and it will work great for parties.I am so happy I bought this and the price is very reasonable especially considering the versatility it offers. Highly recommend.

We have hosted Thanksgiving for about 25 years. Why did it take so long to get something like this? We used it today for the first time for Mothers Day brunch. Worked perfectly, kept the bacon, sausage, and toasted English muffins perfectly warm. No worries about keeping everything warm and ready at the same time. Warming the stainless containers in the ovens first was no big deal and it made for warm food. Read the directions! I liked it so much I just ordered another one for Thanksgiving. When I opened it up, I was concerned the containers were not large enough. Not an issue. It held plenty for our brunch of 12 people!

I bought this as a late Christmas gift for a co-worker. When it arrived and I saw the box, I wanted to order one for myself. When I presented this to her, she absolutely loved it. It is actually larger than I expected and better looking. The plus is that this can also be a buffet warmer. I like to entertain and I have some of these food warming trays. She had a New Year's brunch for female friends and I noticed that she had all these aluminum trays on the table but she loves to entertain. So, I said this would be perfect for her. She loves it and I was very impressed by it too and even considering ordering me one if I can find a place to put it without my husband finding out....LOL.

I only have one event, so when I’m hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas it’s always a challenge to keep things warm. I have thought about buying one of these forever and I finally did and I’m so thankful it was a great addition to our dinner and helped me to be sure that everything was warm for our guests!! I definitely recommend it’s a quality item and the price is right!!

The family was coming over Christmas morning and we were serving breakfast / brunch. Bacon, sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs and waffles. How to keep the food warm until serving? I gave my gift of the buffet serving tray while my daughter was cooking. It saved the day. The bacon and sausage fit in one dish, the eggs in another and the potatoes in the last one. All were steaming hot when the plates were passed out. Since every holiday is served in the same house, it will be used over and over. Great product! Good family investment.
