The cutting board wood quality is great!

I have a small gallery kitchen that has little surface for prep. So I got a small cart on wheels and placed this cutting board on it's top. It all works great! The wood in the board does not dull my knives easily as some surfaces do. It's easy to clean and take care of the board. The size is big enough to prep my vegetables & transfer to my pots, salad bowls or wok. If you are cutting meat, I would suggest getting 2 boards. Note I am a vegetarian so I only use my board for veggies & making small pies & pizzas. I would never use the same board for both meat & veggies. But that's just me.
