Easy to setup. Small enough to use in bedroom. Relatively quiet.Not sure I'd recommend running on it, but I bought it as a walking treadmill, so it suits my purpose.

I like it so far. Works really good, very small, fits perfectly in a small room in a corner. So if you need something that won’t take up too much space, you’ll like it.
