Obviously had been returned

The basic product I like, but the box was torn up, the instructions, hardware and wheels are all missing. In addition the unit is dented, paint peeled and has begun to rust. See pic. - update I changed the rating to 4 stars from 2 after chatting with Garvee customer service. They gave me a partial refund that will cover the missing items. Now I am happy with the product. The chat feature in customer service is fantastic!
