Works great but keeps producing an error code on the display. I really don't know what the problem is. I will try and figure it out.

The a/c works well for power outages or as an added cooling source.

Best advice I can give anyone buying this product , don't leave it on High for long periods, instead use the thermostat, I find setting it at 64-65 degrees is perfect, doesn't allow the machine to ice up in the back, which is a total pain, the Ice drips into a separate compartment on the bottom that can only be emptied outside, so if You don't want to have to disconnect the exhaust tube, and wheel the entire unit outside, set the temp for 65 degrees, whenever the A/C kicks off gives the freon coils in the back time to warm up, so ice doesn't form. Will keep Your place as cold as an Ice box if that's what You're looking for.

This AC unit is great for the price. Comes with a remote, but no batteries. Easy to set up. The window boards were too large for my window and you could not adjust them. I had to cover it with a small piece of wood. Does not come with the foam to wrap around the window frame.

Please note: Allow unit to stand upright for 24 hours before using as delivery & storage does not always keep A/C in the correct position for after delivery operation.Pros: 3 speeds, efficiency rating, quality of construction, cooling capacity, engineering, design & features. Packaging & accessories. Well written instruction manual. Easy to assemble.Cons : Somewhat heavy - 70 Pounds. Can be loud - especially in bedroom.Final thoughts.
