- Multifunctional Interchangeable Accessories: We offer 3 interchangeable accessories. Spiral Dough Hook is designed for smooth operation of the mixer for making pizza and other heavy doughs, often used for mixing at low to medium speeds; Flat Whisk is used for mashing potatoes or vegetables and mixing cake batters, frostings, etc., also used for mixing at low to medium speeds; Wire Whisk is used to aerate light mixtures, such as whipped cream, meringue, and light ice cream mixes, and is often use
- Efficient & High Performance: this commercial mixer complies with sanitary standards and all food contact parts are made of food grade 304 stainless steel. It has a large 15-quart capacity mixing bowl capable of handling up to 3.5 pounds of dough at a time for all your commercial baking needs.
- Stainless steel safety cover: the cover is designed to prevent objects from falling into the mixing bowl during operation and must be closed when the machine is running. The height of the mixing bowl can be easily adjusted by the rotating wheel and can be disassembled for cleaning.
- 3- Speed Adjustment: Equipped with three speed adjustments (120 rpm/240 rpm/420 rpm), this stand mixer is driven by a powerful 600-watt motor and incorporates a sturdy gear train to ensure durability and stability for a wide range of mixing tasks.
