The only negative I can find is that the heat control numbers are upside down….strange

buyer do due diligence

i have had this installed for a week and so far it has met expectation for a commericial grill. i am a proffesional chef but this was for my home kitchen and worked just as well as at the restruant. that being said these are not plug and play you will need to instal a plug and have a 30 amp power supply.
