I installed it in the small kitchen that we have in the gas station and it does an excellent job of venting smoke from the fryers.

We have been looking for a 5-Foot Range Hood of this Style and they're not so easy to find - more common are 4-foot and some costly 6-foot Hoods, but we had a specific size space to fill that covered the cooking surface but was not any larger than it needed to be. This one is fantastic with really nice stainless steel that stays pretty clean - with regular cleaning after use when in a commercial situation it stays very nice looking and I don't think it's going to stain. Installs about as easily as any other hood - these are all custom installs so you'll be drilling your own holes for fasteners at the locations where you need them to attach to the truck (or trailer). Has very bright lights that are a great touch, and it captures grease wonderfully. We think it's outstanding and a fantastic value compared to what else is out there. It's a full professional hood that will probably outlast the truck.

This is a serious exhaust hood that will clear a large area of fumes and smoke quickly. It has a very deep smoke collection chamber so even if there is a sudden flare-up of smoke, the hood has space to contain it until the powerful fan catches up.

This is a large range hood. It has that stainless steel construction and finish just like a commercial grade range hood. It looks pretty well made and sturdy. It had some slight dings to poor packaging but it still functions. It does a pretty good job at exhausting all the smoke and fumes out. Has a oil/grease drip bowl at the center. The screens easily remove for cleaning.

We don't have it install yet but it is restaurant quality heavy duty range hood with all the bells and whistles you'll need in a busy kitchen. Excellent quality product at an affordable price!!
