I was so excited to get this for my mom’s famous Christmas potato’s. Y’all , I don’t know what she puts in those potatoes but I have never tasted potatoes like my mom’s ever. She brings them to our yearly Christmas party and w are always needing to reheat them which I feels drys them out a little. So when I saw this I thought, perfect!This shiny little thing is very well built and accessible with the roll top lid. I have not tested how it warms yet but excited to put my mummy's potatoes in it and keep them fresh and warm.

Ok, this Chafing Dish is huge! It is beautiful. Only had to put on the handle the rest was all pre-assembled. I don't know what the finish is other than it is so shiny. So shiny/mirrored that I can clearly see myself. This is defiantly a commercial piece of equipment. The hood of this opens so smooth and easily. I love that it has 2 pans one deeper so you can put the water in the bottom and not burn your food. Even the little part that holds the fuel is so nice and professional The dome lid being attached is great and it holds in the heat. This is so elegant and professional. It hold way more that I thought it would.

Hands down, this chafer set is amazing and more than what I expected! All parts were properly packaged, wrapped in light plastic, easy to assemble and disassemble. My family felt special that the Thanksgiving meal was set up in these and made room for all of our dishes. The trays which hold the lighters is a bit sharp on the edges, but that still does not take away from the experience we had with this set. The food stayed hot and the water didn't dry out of the pan. I will definitely be ordering another set soon. I see a business venture with these!
