I received my cooler yesterday in good condition. The packing was sufficient for protection. The only assembly was to put on the wheels. All functions work properly. All the function choices are awesome. With the lightest touch you can set the controls. The remote is a nice feature and I will definitely use it while sitting in my recliner. 😁 I have a tile floor and found that my tiles aren't perfectly level. I use small rubber pads under two of the wheels to level it. If the cooler doesn't sit level the water won't be distributed to all three side filters properly. It works/cools very well. It came with two drain plugs and I'm glad it did. The drain plug on the unit I received is dripping. That definitely isn't a deal breaker because the over all performance is exceptional. It's much quieter than I thought it would be. I hope it lasts a long time, and I will update later. With the price of this cooler at about half of what you pay at a big box store, you can't go wrong.

Setup is very easy and the control buttons are very clear. There are 3 wind speeds and cooling function, which is what I needed.The plastic the casing is made of seems to be of good quality and has a pleasing appearance. The cooler is large enough and light enough at the same time. After adding water from the top, it will flow to the water storage tank at the bottom for storage and lower the center of gravity. There is no need to worry about tipping and causing water to overflow.

This outdoor air conditioner keeps my patio cool in the summer. love it! Adding an ice pack (or regular ice, if desired) on top followed by water makes the cool air much cooler. The remote control and scheduled shutdown function make it more user-friendly.

This is great compared to the non-movable air conditioner and the non-cooling fan.This is a great help for my outdoor restaurant. Many customers are reluctant to sit outside when they see parasol, but with this swamp Cooler air conditioner, many guests are obviously willing to sit outside, so far working great, if you want the temperature to be cooler, you can try pouring ice cubes directly into the top tank.

The setting is simple, the air volume is large enough and has 3 adjustable levels. 1800 CFM is just right for me, allowing our family to maintain a large area of cold air to cool down when gathering in the yard. Just add water and you can enjoy the cool air like an air conditioner.The wheels are movable universal wheels. You only need to step on the lock switch on the wheel to lock the wheel. This is much more convenient than the air conditioner. You can move it to any required occasion at any time.

Love this air cooler! Great size and it’s doing the job perfectly.First and foremost, the cooling performance is outstanding. It quickly lowers the temperature in my living room, making even the hottest days bearable. Living in Arizona, that says a lot! Con: it has a window to see water level but at times it gets hard to see the water height cause kinda dark. Did not come with 4 ice packs as described only two. Would like it to have had a pull out drawer to add water instead of lifting a top lid.Pro: has wheels to around easily. I just ordered two more for my bedrooms
