Works great....
Use for stove burner cover and it works great for such purpose
Used this as a cover for my smooth top range. It is perfect for my 30" range. I do not use it as a cutting board so I can not comment on its performance in that respect.
This is huge love it made a big antipasto on it with all the fixings separated from the lettuce
I needed a large board primarily for my cookie dough. I used to have a very large board but over the years it splintered. This board is so beautiful. It will not only suit my purpose, but is also a durable, nice-looking charcuterie board. Hope to enjoy it for many years.
This bamboo cutting board meets all my needs. It’s made super well. Super nice size! I highly recommend!
I just received this cutting board today, after returning a different brand that warped pretty badly on top of the stove in just a few weeks. So, I would say that this review is very premature as to this one’s longevity. This one first off is beautiful, at least an 8th inch thicker than the other one, and looks to be constructed much better and smarter than the other one. The other one was put together like your standard Butcher block construction with just strips of Bamboo all glued together. But, the cutting board was only about 5/8 inch thick, being much more susceptible to warping with that construction. Now this cutting board is not only a tad more than 3/4 of an inch thick, it’s constructed more like a sheet of plywood, with three layers of bamboo, with the center layer of bamboo going perpendicular to it’s sandwiching layers… Which makes it way less susceptible to warping with the center layers grain going in a perpendicular direction. So, in conclusion, My first impression is that I love it, and, the price point is about $20 cheaper than its competition. I can’t believe I’m leaving the very first review, for such a well-made beautiful cutting board? So far, I highly recommend this cutting board, it’s a great way to cover your stove when not in use, and give you more counter space while not using your stove. If you’re looking for a very large cutting board that doesn’t weigh a ton, I don’t think you can go wrong with this one! Cheers.
