Loved this carpet, however when I put it in room it was much too large for the area "Look" that I was hoping to achieve. The carpet has a rubber backing to prevent slipping, and is soft to touch. Not too thick (washable) but at the same time, not too thin. I am returning this for the next smaller size - especially since I like the patten/style.

This rug is beautiful and feels amazingly soft to the touch, but is a royal pain to vacuum. If you have a vacuum that has settings for a high carpet pile (although it's a thin rug), maybe this won't be an issue. Mine sucks right to it and doesn't want to move.

I bought the 6x 9 rug and it’s just what I wanted. On thanksgiving I put on my patio and it got kind of dirty. Because it was still pretty stiff, I struggled to get it in my top loading large capacity washer and I was skeptical that it would come out clean. But it did and by the end of the cycle it was mashed up on the sides of the washer - so I feel like it was not too big for my washer.
