Getting the right tire size is important to ensure the tires fit on your mower. This string of numbers found on the sidewall of the tire indicates the size of the tire when it is inflated. For instance: 16x6.50-8. The (16) is the overall height of the tire when it is mounted and inflated to factory-recommended air pressure. The (6.50) is the overall width of the tire when it is mounted and inflated to recommended air pressure. So, in this case, 6.50 mean 6 ½ inches wide. The (8) indicates the rim diameter that the tire is going to be mounted to, meaning this is an 8-inch wheel. All measurements are in inches.

Set of 2 Turf Tire, 16x6.5-8-4PR Lawn Mower Tire & Tractor Turf Tire & Garden Tire ...These arrived in a box. They were NOT flattened. They only took me 20 minutes to install with just hand tools and air. Don't buy flattened tires. (The previous tires I bought from another Seller arrived flattened and I couldn't install them. It took a professional tire shop way over and hour to install (because they were flattened and out of shape, they couldn't be seated on the bead)).....In short, THESE tires were Great and Easy to Install. !!
Works great, I had no problem with the giant roses torns. Not like the standard tires that came from it when I bought it, I drove 3 times and it got 3 holes from roses torns. It's wider than the Original tires but it fit and no air leak.

This is the 3rd pair of Lawn Mower Tires 16X6.5-8, 16X6.5-8 4 Ply that I've purchased. The first pair arrived with glass straps and were SO misshapen that they could not be installed. I learned my lesson. These arrived in a BOX and were EASY to install. Folks, try to make sure your tires are shipped in a box. THESE GARVEE BRAND TIRES WERE SHIPPED IN A BOX. I also liked that they were Sold By Garvee, and Shipped by Garvee.
