I got what I paid for. If I wanted, or needed thicker metal,I would have needed to spend a lot mor.

The metal is pretty thin, so you have to be careful with it, so you do not bend the metal but suits my needs.

Great box for the money

Great box but it came with a Dent in the lid.So I would recommend they package it a little better. Not worth the time to send it back. So I will just stick with what I got.

Pleased

After reading reviews on similar boxes a recurring theme was these boxes were poorly packed and damaged in transit. I am pleasantly pleased that my tool box was very, very well packaged in bubble wrap, corner protectors and a heavy outer cardboard box. Zero damage. I was surprised the two interior trays are metal and not plastic. No problem for me either way. Now, hopefully this cargo box will work as I envision with my van’s cargo carrier. I have not tried out the lock.
