So this is a simple and attractive washable runner rug, and it looks quite nice considering the low price. It has an almost braided sort of look to it which is basically just a painted on overlay. It's very low pile, so it doesn't show the white underneath as easily even if you walk on it and push the the threads in any direction. From a distance it looks like it would be textured, as the design shows. It's soft and has a bit of grip to the back so it doesn't slide around too easily. I think it's perfectly suitable for a kitchen rug that will probably get wet a lot and need to be washed pretty frequently, so I'm happy with it for what it is.

I love this rug! The pattern is fun and it looks great against the hardwood floors in my house. It’s soft and feels nice under your feet. Most importantly, it stays put even with people and dogs constantly walking over it all day. It’s hard to vacuum (the vacuum sucks it up) but being machine washable makes up for it.

This rug is very nice it so soft , ot looks like a braided rug but its not. The colors are beautiful and I like the fact its washable because I have pets.when vacuuming I need to use high pile carpet setting as the low pile pulls on the rug but my romba goes right over it. Gave 4 stars only because its new and I haven't washed it yet I need to see how it holds up after washing. Definitely recommend

When I first got this, I was disappointed because it isn't a real braided cord rug. I don't know why I thought it was actually braided but the seller's photos are so realistic. So I put the rug down. It is a printed pattern so, with effort, it is possible to see the whiteish root color of the individual threads of the low-pile rug.The printing on this rug has more color saturation than all the other printed rugs I own (in other words the color goes farther down the individual threads) -- not only does it give deeper colors but it gives a depth to the pattern that is really realistic. I own several braided rugs... this rug is a really good fake. I love it. It looks like a real braided rug to the casual observer. It collects dirt off of shoes well, doesn't slip on my old wood floors, and is much easier to clean than my old real braided rugs (I can't throw them in the washing machine).This has all the good things about a braided rug without the negatives. I really like how the rug has the look of a braided rug, without all of the nooks that make them hard to clean. It's thick and soft and feels good under your feet. The rug lays flat and stays put, it doesn't move or slip easily. It's absorbent and easy to clean, it vacuums well. A nice looking rug for any space.

Good high quality rug that has a nice backing as well. It slips around a little bit on our vinyl plank floors, but mostly stays in place. The design goes with our decor nicely!

The 2x8 length is ideal for a long hallway or a narrow kitchen. The colors are pleasant and although the rug is thin and not braided (as is clear from the product description), the rug evokes the country charm of those mid-century thick braided rugs in a modern update. Good rug. Like many thin rugs, a rug mat or rug stickers would be useful to help the rug stay in place. Excellent price.

I really love the look of this rug. It is not a braided rug, but it has the look. It is machine washable. It is very soft, but it is thin. The thin part is why I took off a star.The color is perfect for my kitchen. I love that it is 8'. It is the first time that I had a rug that was long enough for my kitchen. I usually have to have two rugs and I think this makes my kitchen look bigger.I do not know how well it will hold up after multiple washings, but for now, I am happy with it.
