Arrived without the removable cover

Beanbag chair arrived vacuum sealed. Upon opening, it was clear that the blue velvet removable cover was not included with the package. Garvee’s solution is to return the now opened giant and heavy 4ft beanbag chair (if I can squeeze it through my kids’ bedroom door, our hallway, down the stairs, and into my car) and wait for a replacement that will HOPEFULLY include the cover. I have contacted the seller to see if they can just send me the missing cover. If they can send it to me in a timely manner, I’m happy to change my review to 5 stars. The chair itself is the perfect size and is very comfortable. However, I cannot allow my children to use it yet without the removable, washable cover—the main reason I purchased this chair. Seller, please make this right.After contacting the seller about the missing cover, the seller apologized for the mistake made by the factory and shipped me the cover via express international shipping.
