super soft but creased

This rug was exactly what I was looking for. Very very soft under foot, silky soft and easy to vacuum. It also has a pile and not flat, but not a thick shag pile and I did not want a thick pile, those are hard to vacuum and catch dirt. So if you are looking for soft and just enough pile to not be flat, this is a good pick. ONE complaint here and that is creasing. I got a 9 x 12 size, which is big and it is true to size. BUT they folded this rug literally in half and then poorly rolled it up. When we unfolded and unrolled the rug, it was seriously creased in many places. Bummer because it was soft and perfect, yet looked terrible because of really bad creasing and by this I mean the rug was bumped up in long creases along the middle of rug and not just a wrinkle I mean a thick crease. IMPOSSIBLE to get out and we tried. Maybe over time but I seriously doubt it. We put a bed over the worst creasing. SO, if you get this size, know it will be folded, but more than likely smaller sizes would not be folded, but I dont know that for sure. Please company that folded this beautiful rug to ship, DON"T DO THAT BECAUSE YOU RUIN IT!!

Soft and cushy

I put in kitchen and love its support with softness. I’ve thrown in washing machine and so far, it has come out in good shape
