Easy to cut and does a good job. Breathes and let's water through but keeps plants out. This is what I needed. This product saved us a lot of work in the hot sun. We had a very bountiful garden using this weed fabric.

I wanted something thicker which would allow water through but not light. This geotextile fabric is perfect. Heavy gauge material. It can be walked on and doesn't tear. I used it in the garden then made holes for each plant. Highly recommend.

This weed barrier is working great as a grass/weed killer and I could not be more pleased! I rolled it out and cut holes to install started plants, which it would be perfectly suited for, I'm tossing seeds then covering with light dirt and rolling in. Easiest way to prep wild flower beds.
