Packaging is not very good. Actual product was dented in several places. This damage caused the gage to break away from the urn. However, the urn looked nice. Immediately began the return process. Rating is based upon shipment only.

Our family loves coffee and this a great way to keep the coffee pot warm. Keeps warming the coffee all the time.

I use this for hot tea during events. I tried brewing the tea in it the first time. It didn't go so well because it overcooked it. Now I pre brew the tea and just let this heat it and keep it warm. It works very well and keeps it very hot. I wish it had a way to just choose to warm and not brew and a way to choose the temp, but for the money, it works great.
