This comment will need to be edited once I use it for a while, but right out of the box I was skeptical it was 30 qts since it looked exactly like a 20-qt bowl. So I measured 30 qts to the brim, and am satisfied on the size.The handle is the only thing you need to attach, and that is a simple screw used as a compression to the bar it slips over. Mixer won’t start unless all the way up and stop button released (stop button needs to be turned clockwise in order to be released after being pushed).
Use it weekly and it does a great job. No issues at all

Machine does a very good job above expectations
We purchased this product to make homemade bread with. Very sturdy and powerful. Kneading large quantities flour with ease. I love the stainless steel design. Very easy to use and clean.
