This comment will need to be edited once I use it for a while, but right out of the box I was skeptical it was 30 qts since it looked exactly like a 20-qt bowl. So I measured 30 qts to the brim, and am satisfied on the size.The handle is the only thing you need to attach, and that is a simple screw used as a compression to the bar it slips over. Mixer won’t start unless all the way up and stop button released (stop button needs to be turned clockwise in order to be released after being pushed).

When I first got the product, I wasn’t able to get it to run until I figure it out. You have to push the stop button in and twist it clockwise before pressing start so if you buy this mixer, you need to do that before hitting the start button and after closing the safety cage. Other than that, it’s working well and I was happy that my old mixer bowl and whip for the 20 quart fit the new machine

The mixer with its 30Qt stainless steel bowl and 1250W motor, looks robust and high-quality. It came crated very well and secured. I’ve only powered it on to check if it works (it does!), and noticed that the noise level is quite reasonable. I'm looking forward to fully testing it!
